Chilli chicken

Capsicum, tomatoes are cut into cubes.peel onions into petals and cut green chilli, garlic cloves into small pieces.

Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, egg,flour, corn flour 2 tbsp,salt, sugar, black pepper powder 1tbsp,white oil 1tbsp,vinegar 1 tbsp,soya sauce 1tsp for 1 hour and 30 mins.

After that, take kadai and 3 tbsp white oil in it and heat it.

Make the chicken pokoras deep fry from both sides and keep it in a bowl.

Add garlic,onion petals, Capsicum, tomatoes and saute it in high flame for 5 mins.

When they become soft, add green chilli, soya sauce, tomato sauce,sugar and salt as per taste.

Add the pokoras in it and mix it well.

Add half cup water in it.

1tsp corn flour mixed with half cup water and pour it into the kadai.

When it becomes dry,turn off the gas. Now it is ready to serve.
