Ingredients

  • Gramflour 2 cup
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar
  • Cardamom 3 (blend with sugar)
  • 1/2 cupGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a non-stick pan. Add gram flour. Keep stirring for 30 minutes or until it turn into thick paste.

    Shift to a bowl. Rest for 15 minutes

    Add powdered+cardamom sugar into the bowl. Mix well. Make smooth ball shaped ladoo using hand.
