Schezwan carrot rice with carrot sabzi

In pan add oil jeera let it crackle add sliced onions saute now add 3 to 4 grated carrots saute add salt and Schezwan sauce mix add cooked rice and lastly add chopped coriander leaves.

Now for carrot sabji slice the remaining carrots in pan add oil mustard seeds let it crackle add thickly sliced carrot cover and cook till soft add salt and red chilli and garlic chutney mix till cooked serve with carrot rice.
