Wash all the vegetables and cut into pieces.

Put Kadai on flame, add oil then put chilli, garlic and ginger, stir for a while and put the onion and other vegetables,

Cook openly for three-four minutes on high flame. Add spice and sauces and add cornflour, cook it for two minutes and serve hot.
