This is a very simple and easy recipe . Some times when in hurry my mom used to pack this noodles for my lunch.... This recipe is also my all time favorite one.... #thecookingirl

First boil the noodles in half litter water and keep it aside.... (To get a non sticky texture add few drops of oil into the boiling noodles)

Now in a pan add 4 tbsp oil and once the oil is heated add the sliced onions & chopped garlic, saute them well.

Once when it is sauteed add the chopped green chillies. Now pour the tomato puree.

Cook all the ingredients together until it is well combined. Now add chilli powder and salt as per your taste.

Now add tomato ketchup and soy sauce to the mixture.

At last add the boiled noodles and stir it well.. make sure the noodles is well coated with the prepared gravy.

Finally add some chopped coriander leaves for garnish. And serve it hot
