This was cooked on a cupcake size.
Cooking Instructions

On a bowl, mix crushed grahams, cinnamon powder, and butter. Tgen, set aside.

Using a stand mixer, cream the cream cheese.

Add the sugar gradually.

Add vanilla, lemon juice, and flour. Then mix again until combined.

Prepare on a cupcake pan. 1tbsp crust mixture, 3tbsp cream filling mixture.

On a preheated oven, bake at 160c for 15 mins. Or when shaked, it wiggles a bit on the middle but the sides are firm.

Let the batch cool. Then refrigerate for atleast 8hrs.

Serve with any desired toppings.
