Cook the noodles in a saucepan with the masala.

Once noodles are done strain them and keep aside to cool for couple of minutes.

In a bowl take the noodles, chopped onion, chopped coriander, gram flour, cornflour, capsicum, szechuan sauce, oregano, Maggi masala and little salt.

Mix everything well and you'll get a sticky dough.

Grease both palm with oil, take small amount of dough flatten it and place a cheese cube in it.

Carefully close it and give it a nice ball shape. Make all the balls ready by repeating the same process.

Now heat the oil in a pan. Once it's hot, add the balls one by one. 3 to 4 balls at a time. Fry on low flame until they turn nice golden brown.

Szechuan noodles pakoda is ready with melted cheese oozing out. Serve it hot with coriander chutney or your choice of sauce or dip.
