  • 1 glasscorn flour
  • 1 glassbesan flour
  • Pinchcooking soda
  • 3onions
  • 2Green chilli
  • 1 table spoonchilli powder
  • Pinchturmeric
  • to tasteSalt
  • As requiredWater
  • as requiredOil for deep fry
  • 1 table spooncoriander powder
  • 1/2 table spoonajwain powder

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Slice onions and green chilli.

    Take cornflour, besan flour, cooking soda, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ajwain powder, salt.

    Mix onions and green chili into it. Mix it with water.

    Take a pan and heat it, once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats deep fry the pakodas.

    Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
