Boiled Aloo tawa pakore

Peel boiled potato and sprinkle little salt and aur powder on the slices(both sides).

Now make the batter. Take besan, salt, Ginger and chili paste, rest of the red chilli powder in a bowl and add little water to make a thick batter.

Batter should be lump free

Heat a tawa and add 2 Tbsp oil. Thts enough for frying as potato we are using is already a boiled one.

Now Dip marinated aloo slices in the batter and place them on hot tawa.

Fry evenly from both sides.
Take out on an absorbent paper - 7
Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
