Cooking Instructions

Firstly wash the potatoes well. Cut them in to cubes. Boil aloo cubes for about 10 minutes.

In a kadai add 2 tbsp of oil
- 3
Add mustard seeds. Let them crackle.

Add the boiled potatoes in to kadai. Add, turmeric powder,chilli powder, coriander powder.Mix well.

Add salt as required.

Add curry leaves. Let them roast on Medium low flame for about 12 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Aloo fry is ready to serve.
