Steps

Peel the yam and wash the yam

Put in the pot and perboil

While perboiling your yam, put flour in a bowl and your eggs

Break your eggs and add your Scott bonnets, salt, onion,spices, and chilli pepper

Beat your eggs

Your yam must perboiled rightly...then drain the water and let it cool

After cooling....put your yam in the egg mixture

Then remove and put your yam in the flour

Then back in the egg

Then put in a tray or plate

Put your oil in a pan and leave to heat up

Add Scott bonnets and onion in the oil

Then fry for a while....put your yam in the oil to fry

Fry to desired look...then your yamarita is ready to be eaten
