Steps

Take potatoes and cauliflowers.Peel and Cut into small pieces. Wash and drain the water properly. Heat oil in a pan & deep fry. Remove and place them a side in a plate.

Take tomatoes and green chilies. Cut into small pieces

Heat 2 or 3 teaspoon oil in another pan.Add cumin seeds, tomatoes and green chilies. Fry it well.

Add salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala.
- 5
Masala is ready. Now add fried potatoes and cauliflowers. Add pinch of kasoori methi. Punjabi masala aaloo gobhi is ready.
