  • Raclette cheese slices (such as Morbier or raw milk raclette)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes for 30 minutes.

    Cook the bacon pieces and shallot.

    In a baking dish, slice the potatoes and add a layer of potatoes.

    Add a second layer of bacon and shallots.

    Top with slices of raclette cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
