Ingredients

  • 2 kggreens
  • 2 teaspoonsurad dal
  • 2 tablespoonsgram flour
  • 1/2 tablespoonFenugreek seeds
  • 8 clovesgarlic
  • 2green chilli
  • 3red chillies
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1/2ginger
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredWater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and chop spinach mustard and wash urad dal.

  2. 2

    Put a glass of water in the cooker and keep mustard spinach urad dal for cooking.

  3. 3

    When 3-4 comes, then cool it out and grind it.

    Keep ginger garlic chilli gram flour.

    Mix gram flour in water and keep stirring in a pan, after 10 minutes, add grinded greens and cook.

    Add oil to the fry pan then add fenugreek seeds garlic ginger asafoetida chilli and brown it

    When the greens are cooked, then put a paste of boiled greens,In this way,Serve for dinner
