Ingredients

  1. 1 bagfrozen potatoe skins or make your own potatoe skins
  2. 1 (5 lb)ground beef
  3. dales seasonings
  4. steak seasonings
  5. 1 bagsharp cheddar cheese
  6. toppings; sour cream, chives, tomatoes etc

Cooking Instructions

45 minuted
  1. 1

    Deep fry skins til crispy at 375.

  2. 2

    Drain on a paper towel. Fry ground beef in frying pan til cooked. Add seasonings while the meat is cooking.

  3. 3

    In a pan with parchment lay the potatoe skins. Add meat and cheese. Bake at 350 for about 5 minutes til the cheese melts.

  4. 4

    Top with any of toppings of your choice.
