  • 1/4 poundbeef summer sausage casing removed
  • 2/3 cupsour cream
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoonschopped chives
  • 20 slicesRitz butter crackers

    Slice the summer sausage about the same thickness of the crackers. Mix the dip ingredients, sour cream, chives, salt, and garlic.
