Steps

Blend: onion, carrot, celery in food processor to create salfredo

Fry off for 5 mins and add splash of oil and 2 cloves of garlic

Add beef to salfredo and lightly brown

Add can of tomatoes, 4 heaped teaspoons of tomato paste, 2cups of beef broth, 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, teaspoon red pepper flakes, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and half cup of white wine.. simmer for 1hr

Add cup of milk and season (salt & pepper)

Boil some penne till al dente and once cooked add straight to Bolognese sauce

Garnish with parmesan and sprigs of Coriander
