Carasau Bread Lasagna with Broccoli
An alternative lasagna! A complete dish you can make in many ways. I chose broccoli and creamy cheese, but I can't wait to try other variations!

First, boil the broccoli in salted water for about 15 minutes, until very tender.

Drain the broccoli and mix with the creamy cheese. Add salt and nutmeg to taste.

In a baking dish, spread a generous spoonful of the broccoli mixture on the bottom, then add a layer of carasau bread.

Add another layer of broccoli mixture on top of the carasau bread. Continue layering carasau bread and broccoli mixture until all ingredients are used up.

Top the final layer with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
