Ingredients

  1. 1onion finely chopped
  2. 1green chilli, finely chopped
  3. 1tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. as requiredSalt
  8. 1 cupthick Poha
  9. As requiredPeanuts
  10. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the poha. And keep a side. Heat oil and roast peanuts. Add mustard seeds, chilli and curry leaves.

    Saute till the tempering splutters. Add chopped onion, tomato and Turmeric saute for 2 mins or till onions gets cooked well.

    Now add thick poha and saute on low flame for 15 mins, mixed together cool completely.

    Add salt and chopped coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Now it's ready to serve.
