Make Sugar Syrup of one-string consistency by adding water and sugar into a pot. Cook on low flame. Mixture will start to thicken a bit. Check the Consistency with your finger then
close the gas and keep aside Sugar Syrup. - 2
Now heat 6 Tbsp Ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. After ghee is melted then add Wheat flour, Semolina, Besan while stirring continuously until mixture is medium brown colour.

Add Cardamom powder and Sugar Syrup stirring continuously.
Add remaining 2 Tbsp Ghee and mix well. - 4
Let entire mixture cook about total 20-25 mins while stirring continuously, then add Almonds, Sesame seeds and mix well until flour is golden colour.
Put off the gas. - 5
After mixture cool down sprinkle 2 tbsp milk and mix again. Take some mixture in a tight fist and make ball shaped Pinnies. Garnish with roasted chopped almonds and gently roll the pinni into roasted white sesame seeds.

Refrigerate them and Serve once they are ready.
