Ingredients

20 minutes
8 ladoos
  • 1 cupRoasted chana
  • 1/2 cupsugar or according to taste
  • 3Green cardamoms/elaichi
  • 1/4 cupGhee
  • 2 tbspCashew nuts/Almonds chopped

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make fine powder of chana in blender and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make fine powder of sugar and cardamom and set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat and melt ghee in heavy bottom pan.

  4. 4

    Now mix all the ingredients properly and make laddoos by taking small portions of mixture in your palm to roll the balls.

  5. 5

    Your laddoos are ready to serve.keep them in an airtight container.you can enjoy it within two weeks.
