1.Dry roast all the ingredients except onions which can be sauted with a little oil separately.once you sauté onions mixed together with all dry ingredients and roast it for 5 mins.
2. Blend all of the above mix in a blender along with the tamarind paste. - 2
3. in the new pan put little oil and one spoonful of chat masala and salt and roast the eggs.

4) in a hot pan add oil and give proper tadka ingredients, later add grinded masala +salt + chilli + garam masala & mix it till oil starts coming out from edges.

Put some water and add roasted eggs into boiling curry, simmering the flames and adding salt to taste. serve hot with brown rice or hot idli’s.
