  • 3Bell peppers
  • 2eggs
  • as required Coating powder
  • 1 cupwhole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cupParmesan cheese
  • 1 tsppaprika powder
  • 2 tspgarlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspbasil leaves fresh
  • 1 tspsalt

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut bell peppers in to rings

    Dip in the egg and then coat it in the coating powder.you can do this one more time for a good coating.

    Bake the bell peppers in the oven at 220 C for 10 -15 minutes.

    Crispy baked Bell pepper rings are ready to serve
