Steps

Take 2 cup semolina and roast it until it becomes light brown.

Take a pan, put 2 tsp Ghee into it.let it heat up.

Put Rai,curry leaves into it and then add chopped onion, green chilies.

Roast all the ingredients and then add roasted semolina into it.

After few minutes add 1.5 cup of water into it.

Let it cook for 5 minutes.

Before serving it spread some brown gram. And if you want to make it healthy add some fried veggies....

Serve it hot.
