Ingredients

  1. 1- Mango (Green)
  2. 4- Green Chilli
  3. 2- curry leaves steams
  4. 1- Onion
  5. 4- Tomato for 1 kg fish / 3 for 1/2 kg fish
  6. 2 tbsp- Coriander Powder
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp- Cumin Seed Powder
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  9. 2 1/2 tbsp- Red Chilly Powder
  10. 1/2 tsp- methi seed
  11. 1 tbsp- ginger, garlic paste
  12. Coriander chopped for Garnish
  13. 3- tbsp coconut milk powder mixed with 2 cups of water

Cooking Instructions

    Fry methi seed still it pops

    Fry onion & curry leaves till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add ginger & garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds

  4. 4

    Add all spice with 1 cup water & cook till oil comes on top

  5. 5

    Add tomato, salt & 1 cup of water cover & cook until tomato is purred & water is reduced to half.

    Add 2 to 3 cups of coconut milk.

  7. 7

    Add fish

  8. 8

    8. Add Mango & Green Chilly

  9. 9

    Cook till mango is done.

  10. 10

    Add Chopped Coriander
