Steps

Take makhana,milk,saffron butterscotch essence, custard milk

Heat the pan roast the makhana for 2mins

Take the pan add milk and heat it

Add sugar after boil it add custard milk
- 5
After boil the milk add butterscotch essence

Add roasted makhana and cashews powder mix it well

Add fresh cream boil it for 5mins

Add roasted makhana finally and mix it with boiling milk
- 9
After boiling 10 mins makhana will cooked
- 10
Put it for 10mins cooldown and pour it in bowl,serve with chill
