Kebabs always plays an important role in feast, either veg or non veg. So I cooked a common kebabs dish for feast.

Kebabs always plays an important role in feast, either veg or non veg. So I cooked a common kebabs dish for feast.
Steps

Fry chopped onions with poppy seeds and cashew till golden brown color. And let it cool.

Now make a smooth paste of keema with griender. Dont add water for grinding.

Then make a paste of fried onions by adding other spieces including saffron.

Now combine both the mixture add salt and ghee. Mix well
- 5
Now in a pan add oil. Once it heat then give a shape to the keema and deep fry. Serve hot with salads or onions.
