1 bowlsemolina (sooji/rava)
1 bowlsugar
1/2 bowlStrawberry puree
3-4strawberries for decoration
2 tbspghee
1.5 cupswarm water
2-3 dropsstrawberry essence

In a kadai add ghee and rava/sooji and roast for about 5-7 minutes till it releases aroma

Add sugar & warm water to the rava mixture and stir well

Once the mixture is thick add the strawberry puree to the mixture and stir well. Cover and cook on a low flame

Add little ghee & strawberry essence for aroma and serve hot with strawberry garnishing.
