Beetroot mithai rolls

Wash beetroor, remove the skin and grind it.keep a pan pour ghee and add the grinded beetroot and add milk.

Once it become thick add sugar and mix well.after few minutes add milkmaid and mix,then add cardamom powder.

Once it become thick and started rolling on the pan switch off the stove and let it cool.then make cylinderical shape(if need you can use little ghee on hands)and roll it on coconut.
