  • 1chopped carrot
  • 1/2chopped capsicum
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1 tspurad dall
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • leavessome curry
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 6-7cashew
  • 2 cupsuji
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2tdp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • As neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a kadai. add ghee, mustard seeds, urad daal,cashew, curry leaves, then add all vegies one by one. keep stirring.

    Add suji in it.Roast it about 10 min.

    Add water in it. add salt, red chilli. Then add lemon juice and garam masala.now it is ready.

    Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
