Firstly in a large non- stick vessel take 1 tbsp ghee and add 3/4cup milk

Stir well making sure ghee and milk are combined

Add 1cup full cream milk powder

Keeping the flame on low,stir continuously,the mixture starts to thicken

After few min,the mixture starts to separate from pan,keep mixing until it forms a lump

Finally,instant mava is ready, Allow it to cool completely.

Once the mava is cooled completely,take the instant mava and crumble well.

Add maida,pinch of baking powder and combine with mava

Add 3tbsp of warm milk mix gentle and make a soft dough without kneading hard.firm a soft dough adding milk if required keep aside and rest for 10 min.

Sugar syrup - firstly in a pan take of sugar,add a 3 cardamom, 2 cup sugar stir and dissolve sugar in 2cup water. Boil the sugar syrup for 5 min or until the Syrup turns sticky consistency.sugar Syrup is ready.

Now prepare gulab jamun take a small ball make sure there are no cracks on ball.

Heat the the refind oil on medium flame and when the the oil is moderately hot, fry the balls.

Fry the balls on low flame stirring in between fry until the balls turn golden brown for 13 min.

Balls to cool for 2 min and drop the gulab jamun into the warm sugar syrup else jamun won't absorb syrup,Cover the pan and rest for 2- 3 hours.

The gulab jamun has doubled in size.Enjoy
