Take a pan to add cashew and roast for 1-2 min. Then add them into grinding jar and grind into a fine powder.

Now take a pan to add sugar, ghee, water, salt and caramelize on low-medium flame. Once you get amber golden colour check the caramel softness by pouring a few drops in water and check with the hand it's softness.

Now add cashew powder and mix well, and pour into a greased container or any mould or tray. Leave it to cool down for 1-2 hours. Then demold and cut into your desired shape.

If you want to wrap, then wrap it with any wrapper and serve. Else store in air tight container.
