Ingredients

  • Rice
  • Tomato and pepper (grinded)
  • G.oil
  • Cubeseasoning
  • Chicken stock
  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Plantain
  • Fish
  • Lettuce
  • Garlic and ginger
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Parloil rice and pour in a seive,allow the water to drain.

  2. 2

    Heat some vegetable oil in a cooking pot,add grinded tomato and pepper,onion,stir fry,add curry powder,ginger and garlic,cube seasoning and stir thoroughly. This is the stage you add the chicken stock after frying the ingredients. Allow to cook for a few minutes

  3. 3

    Add rice to the ingredients on fire and stir,add water little by little until the rice is cooked ( on a low heat?

  4. 4

    Cover and allow to steam

  5. 5

    Slice plantain and fry,fry your fish too and garnish with chopped lettuce. Serve and enjoy with water or juice.
