At first boiled pasta after adding refined oil (1 tsp) then drain out excess water with a help of strainer.

Then fry the chopped vegetables.

In a another sauce pan add butter, dried garlic. Stir it.

Thereafter add all-purpose flour, stir continuously in medium to low flame, till the flour cooked and a nice aroma come out. Then add milk little by little and stir continuosly with a whisk.Next add cheese, chilli flakes, italian herbs and stir. Add salt to taste. At last add boiled pasta and cook it for 30 seconds in low flame.

At last add fried vegetables (you can also add other vegetables). Serve hot after sprinkle some black pepper powder.
