Wash proper & soaked samak for 20 min

Took a thick bottom pan add milk & put on high flame after proper boil flame would be slow

Now add colour stir continues also add coconut bura

Soaked sama grind for few sec and add into milk stir continues otherwise lumbs would be

When samak desolves well in milk & phirni become proper thick also add sugar off the flame
- 6
Cool it in freezer for 2 to 3 hour garnish it with dry fruits or dry rose peatls
