Reddish/mooli/mooli is easily available in market. Mostly North indian eat it freshly. as one can easily grow it at home. Here I goes with whole wheat Paratha reddish.
Steps

Make a dough with whole wheat flour. Wash peel and then grate reddish

In a plate chopped coriander leaves mix with salt,ajwain, chili

Sequeze grated reddish as it contains natural water which helps to cure many health issues,so you can use that left over liquid as per choice.

Now mix all ingredients together

Take a small portion from a dough and roll like a chapati. Now add handful stuffing.

Now fold all the sides to cover stuffing. Or you can make other chapati and keep that on it and bind both chapati as shown in pic

Now heat your cooking plate and cook it from both sides till half cooked thn apply desi ghee.on both sides and cook fully

Serve it with butter on top and bowl full of curd. It taste super when it's hot and fresh
