In a bowl add besan, sooji, onion puree, curry leaves, green coriander, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, beetroot water.

Mix well to form soft mixture and give it a rest for 10 minutes.

In a plate add olive oil, salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder.

Add paneer in oil mixture and quote the mixture well on panner and give it a rest for 20minutes.

Add beetroot batter in a pan and mix well to avoid lump and make the batter thick.

Make small balls through the dough.

In a pan add marinated panner and roast well.

In a deep pan add some oil and deep fry the balls.

For plating arrange marinated panner and beetroot ball in a wooden stick.

Use salad of beetroot, carrot and onion for plating.

Your beetroot balls are ready to serve.
