Take a thali add all Atta,suki,rice flour, besan and all ingredients, mix well and make a dough.

Pinch a ball sized wheat dough and dust with some wheat flour. Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick on a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and roast both sides with oil.

Finally, serve paratha with raita or tomato chutney.
