Mix sugar and yeast with warm milk and let the yeast rise.

Add risen yeast to the flour, add salt, water and make a chapati dough-like consistency. Let it rest for 30 mins or until it gets double in size.

After that, knead the dough for few seconds to release air from that. Make mini buns, put it on a greased plate and cover it with wet towel. Proof them for 30 mnts. Mini buns will rise in double. Now put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes. After taking out from the oven, immediately apply butter and cover it with thick towel for 15 minutes. Mini buns are ready.
