Cooking Instructions

Roast rava. Keep it aside.

Cut potato and capsicum in small pieces

Put oil in a pan.. Add mustard seeds in hot oil..

Add potato and capsicum.. Cook them till half cook.

Add raw peanuts.. And fry them together.

Add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix them well.

Add water and rava... Boil it and then cover it and keep it on low flame.

Stir it at regular intervals.

Upma is ready. You can serve it hot with ketchup or coconut chutney.
