Tamarind rice
My mumma makes these rice and it tastes so goooooddd😍
Steps

Grind your soaked tamarind.

In a kadhai heat oil, add rai and jeera let them crackle.

Add chana daal and meetha neem.
- 4
Add in the tamarind paste but sieve it.
- 5
Let it cook till it thickens a bit. Check the chana daal is cooked.

Add in the masalas, mix well and cook.
- 7
Add in the rice and mix really well. Cook for a minute and Serve.
