To be honest I never knead Aata for roti. Always Mama done this to me. Then I makes roti with prepared "goondha hua aata" (wo bhi kabhi kabhi bnati hon) as I am a student and also like to cook. So here is my "guzaray ke qabil Roti"

Ingredients

10 minutes

  1. 2atay ke paray
  2. Flour
  3. Rolling pin
  4. Clean surface
  5. Tawa

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Dust some flour on surface and round the both atay ke Paray with hands.

    After rounding dust some more flour and round and flat it with rolling pin.

  3. 3

    Preheat tawa and put the round thin roti on tawa and cook from both sides on high flame.

    Garma garam roti is ready to serve.
