Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer (crumbled)
  2. 3Potatoes (Aloo), boiled and peeled
  3. 2 cupsPhool Makhana (Lotus Seeds), dry roasted
  4. 2 tablespoonskuttu/rajgiri/singhara flour
  5. to tasteSalt,Sendha Namak
  6. 1 teaspoonCumin powder (Jeera)
  7. 1 tspdhania powder
  8. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  9. 1Green Chilli, finely chopped
  10. 1/2 teaspoonRed Chilli powder
  11. 1/4 cupCoriander (Dhania)leaves + few pudina Leaves, finely chopped
  12. As RequiredFinely chopped dryfruits (Kaju and raisins)
  13. 1 tspRoasted Jeera Powder
  14. 1 tspAamchur Powder
  15. ForSalad
  16. 1Cucumber, grated
  17. to tasteSalt,
  18. 1 tablespoonLemon juice
  19. 1Grated Mooli
  20. ForChutney
  21. as requiredGreen Chutney (Coriander & Mint & peanuts) & Sweet Chutney (Date & Tamarind)

Cooking Instructions

    Powder the roasted makhana in a mixer grinder.•

    Combine paneer, potatoes, powdered makhana, kuttu/rajgiri/singhara flour(any 1), salt to taste, cumin powder, black pepper powder, green chili, red chilli powder, coriander and mint leaves

  3. 3

    Mix well and bring the mixture together.

    Grease your palm and make small round balls of this mixture. In center fill chopped dry fruits(raisins+kaju)

  5. 5

    Heat oil to an optimum temperature and fry these balls till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Plating:
    Top it with green chutney, Tamarin chutney, pickled cucumber, grated mooli and sweet curd(beaten to nice creamy consistency). Sprinkle some roasted Jeera powder, red chilli powder and aamchur to your taste.
