Ingredients

  1. 100 gramPanner
  2. 2chopped tomatoes
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 1 tbspkasoori meethi
  5. 1/4 tbsjeera
  6. 1/4 tbssauf
  7. 4/6cashew
  8. 1 inchginger
  9. 4garlic pods
  10. 1/4 tbsred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tbsturmeric powder
  12. 1/4 tbscoriander powder
  13. to tasteSalt according
  14. 2 tbsoil
  15. 1green chilli
  16. 2 tbscream {homemade} malai

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add 1/2tbs oil add cumin seed crackle it now add onions saute it, tomatoes, saute then add 1 pinch turmeric red chilli and coriander cashews and cook for two min, allow to cool them, after cooling make a fine paate

    Now again heat a pan,add oil in it and add cumin seed, sauf crackel it now add paste and cook till oil became out now add 1pinch turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder, cook some time now add cubed paneer {boiled in salt water} in it mix well and cook 2 min, add crushed kasoori meerhi salt, at last mix cream and off the flame, serve hot with chapati or paratha
