Shakarkand Paratha with Cucumber raita

Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprajgira flour
  2. 1/2 pc.Boiled sweet potatoes
  3. 2 tbspchopped curry leaves
  4. 1 tbsp.Ginger chilli paste
  5. to tasteRock salt
  6. 1 tsp.Roasted cumin pepper powder
  7. as requiredGhee to roast
  8. 1 cupcurd for raita
  9. 1 pc.Cucumber
  10. 1/2 pc.Banana
  11. to tasteRock salt
  12. 1 tsp.Oil
  13. 1/4 tsp.Cumin seeds
  14. 1small green chilli
  15. Fewcurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Boil sweet potato remove skin and grate.

  2. 2

    Take Rajgira flour in a paraat. Add ginger chilli paste coarsely ground cumin seeds and black pepper rock salt chopped curry leaves and grated sweet potato mix well add 1-2 tbsp water and knead tight dough.

    Now make a balls from dough dust farali flour and roll paratha. And roast with ghee on a tawa. Tasty healthy paratha is ready.

    For Raita:- wash and grate cucumber with skin. Chopped banana and add in a curd add rock salt and grated ginger mix well. Make tadka with oil cumin seeds chopped green chilli and curry leaves. Tasty delicious Cucumber raita is ready.

    Hot Shakarkand Paratha with cucumber raita. Yummy tasty healthy Paratha and Cucumber raita is ready to Serve.
