Firstly peel and grate the apple.

In a non-stick pan add ghee and grated apple

Saute for 5 minutes till the aroma of apple comes.

Now add sugar and stir continuously on low medium flame for 5 minutes.

Then add peanut powder and desiccated coconut.

Cook over medium flame until mixture starts coming together and apples should be very tender. Add elaichi powder and almond slices.

Turn off the heat and pour the mixture in greased plate spread evenly about 3-4 inch thick.

Allow to cool for 2 hours. Cut them in about 1 inch square. It can be stored for 2 weeks in air tight box.
