Ingredients

  • 3Potatoes cut in wedges
  • 1/2 cupMaida
  • 3 tbspCornflour
  • 1 tbspCrushed red chillies
  • 1/2 tspChicken powder
  • 1/3 tspMixed herbs
  • 1/3 tspPaprica powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Partially boil the potato wedges with some salt added in water.

    Strain and let them cool.

    Add maida, cornflour,all spices and refrigerate for a while.

    Heat oil in a wok,and deep fry the wedges until crispy golden.
