Eggs are very good source of protein .The white part contains vitamin B6 and B12 and lower amount of fat than the yolk.Eggs are rich source of selenium, iron and zinc etc.Tip of fried eggs are when you heat the oil than add little bit of salt/ flour than eggs ( yolk)will not sticking and spreading , it will be perfect its shape and cook well and use nonstick pan instead of steal / iron pan.

Heat the pan add olive/ conola oil and hot it.

Now wash and clean the 🥚 eggs then dry it(eggs shell has alot of germs 🦠 thats why I can wash and clean it).

Now break the eggs one by one and pour in the hot oil.

Now take a spoon and pour the oil on egg yolk its colour changes then take out in plate.

Fried eggs are ready for breakfast, enjoy it.

Don’t forget to add pepper, salt and swap extra oil with paper towels.
