So I'm still on my njahi obsession. I'll stop when I get a few converts... So I've used quinoa flour in this but you don't have to. Use your favourite uji flour but njahi is the king here. I promise you, this uji is the best you'll ever taste o! To ferment the flour, mix with water and leave it out for 24 hours.
