Wash carrot remove its skin and grate all carrots.

Take one pan heat some ghee and put grated carrort in it. Than saute it for some time.

Now put bolied milk in it and mix very well, now add cream and mix once again.

Now stir this till the milk completely evaporates, then add sugar and cardmom powder and again keep on stiring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom.

When the halwa starts to dry and leave the pan, then switch off the gas. Remove it on a plate & garnish with some roasted dry fruits.
